Intro to Taekwondo

These introductory programs provide a mixture of Taekwondo training, self-defense and leadership skills that are taught in a fun, high energy atmosphere.  The 5-6 year olds learn focusing, respect and self-control.  The older children’s program focuses on instilling confidence and humility.  Instructors: VT TaeKwon-Do Academy

Ages 7+                       3:45-4:15pm

Commonly ask questions:

What should my child wear?  Students should wear comfortable athletic clothing.  Uniforms are not required.

Does my child need to bring anything?  On the first day of class, please bring or send your child to the first class with a signed waiver form
